What is BIG DATA ? Big Data explained in detail..............

As the data is always precious to us and we always think that it must always remain safe, encrypted, and must be accessible at any point of time.

Basically what happens we store the data in the Hard drives, SSDs and SD cards etc. But these all hardware have common disadvantage that they all may get damaged and may get corrupted that may lead to the user data loss.Another important thing is that the Hardware Devices can store data upto a certain limit. That may me upto certain Terabytes, Zeta-bytes etc.

But the concept of the BIG DATA is totally different from this. It is fact that we normal internet user are requiring almost many Exabyte of data storage capacity per day to store the data. So the Question arises where to store such a huge data and the solution for it is a concept of the BIG DATA.

BIG DATA as the name itself suggest that the Huge Bulk Data. In this all the Data are stored in the servers which are located basically under the ground. These servers are build and maintained by certain companies. For doing business these companies sell the storage space to certain other companies or websites for example amazon, flipkart, Facebook etc.

The Facebook requires a tremendous data storage capacity so BIG DATA is there for storing the data. Every comment,like, share, search etc is stored and analysed there. BIG DATA has created their strong algorithm to analyse the data and basically it is also helping in the marketing purpose.

You might have observed that if you are browsing about a product (say laptop) on amazon or flipkart and after that if you go to any website then you might have noticed that in the adds there will be the advertisement of laptops. This is the work done by the BIG DATA analysis algorithm. The BIG DATA has fetched the data from the browsing history and is doing the marketing in the advertisement.

A very common example is of YouTube browsing if you are browsing for say Latest Processors and after some time you started for searching for different topic you might have noted that there will be the videos of Latest Processors in the recommended videos this is all done by the algorithm of BIG DATA.

The Tool used by the BIG DATA is HADOOP.

Now Privacy is important. So BIG DATA is very secure to store the data. Basically the BIG DATA provides the information in a bulk that's why it is basically impossible to track a particular user. So its SAFE.

It is also used as Data Structure analysis and to set a good algorithm for user.
